Venier Customs started by Stefano Venier in 2012 right here in Brooklyn, NY, is located just 20 mins from us. Being a designer and motorcycle enthusiast, he was looking to create some of the most amazing motorcycles around. In these few short years, Stefano has established himself as one of the top bike builders in the world. As a result, you have probably already seen some of his bikes in national and global publications. Stefano has also been invited to present his bikes at some of the top shows in the both the US and Europe. One of our favorite series from Venier is the Tractor Scrambler models.
When Stefano contacted us back in 2014 about some parts he was trying to source, we instantly become intrigued. He had mention he was building a scrambler and I couldn’t wait to see the finished masterpiece. This just happened to be the Venier Moto Guzzi Tractor V75.
Venier Customs Tractor V75
1996 Moto Guzzi NTX
The Venier Customs Tractor V75 started life as a 1996 Moto Guzzi NTX. The Moto Guzzi NTX was originally produced for the Italian police force to be a rugged machine. Stefano wanted to build of this platform and design a true scrambler and that he did, hence the Tractor V75 was born. Stefano started with designing a one off gas tank and new fenders the result being the scrambler styling he was looking for. Most noteworthy is the custom made leather seat which is in true scrambler styling. The custom 2 into 1 exhaust allows the Moto Guzzi engine to breather and enhances their distinct sound. Up front, the custom made headlight brackets hold the black LSL 5 3/4″ scrambler headlight to light the road ahead. The hand controls, yet mostly stock, provide a clean and simple look that is functional.
In conclusion, the Venier Customs Tractor V75 is still one of our favorite custom scrambler styled motorcycle around. The Moto Guzzi’s have proven to be a great base bike resulting in a great custom scrambler.
