Ever wondered what a Norton Manx with a Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 engine would look like? Well I didn’t until I saw Blake Kelly’s build up on Ebay. The bike is a Replica Norton Featherbed frame that is cradling a Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 V-Twin. You almost miss the V-twin sitting in there and then it hits you. Wow that looks pretty good. The bike has also been featured in Cafe Racer Magazine.

The rest of the bike is also a conglomerate of other parts. The front forks and wheel are from a GSXR 750 with a Honda CB750 Headlight unit. The rear wheel is from a Buell X1 Cyclone on what looks like a custom made swingarm. Rear suspension has some awesome RaceTech piggyback shocks. The tail section and seat have been custom made. The speedo is a top quality Motogadget Unit and the bike has been finished off in that classic Norton Manx silver.

I now this build has upset the purest, but I have to say the featherbed frame and the sportster 1200 engine go very well together. I would definitely ride one and even have it in my stable if I came across one. How about you?
