If you love Flat Track Racing, then you are properly familiar with the name Jeff Palhegyi. Jeff has built some of the coolest Flat Track Racers we have seen. Two of our favorite builds from him are a pair of Yamaha TZ750 Flat Track Racers. The are both a work of art as well as serious performance machines ready to rip up the dirt.
These matching pairs of Yamaha TZ750 Flat Track Racers are absolutely beautiful and quite rare. Only about 600 of the TZ750’s were ever made and parts are pretty scarse. Most builders will not even build one of these but Jeff decided on building 2. One of them was built and painted in the traditional Yamaha Yellow and Black scheme and the other in White and Black. The Yellow and Black one is our favorite and resembles bikes rode by Kenny Roberts.
The White and Black one on the other hand was built after World Champion rider Steve Baker’s Yamaha TZ750. Although the Yellow one is my favorite, I would not complain owning either one.
Jeff Palhegyi TZ750 Flat Track Engines
The 4 cylinder 2 Stroke TZ750 engines are true works of art but don’t let that fool you. The white and black one, is fitted with a set of Lectron Carburetors while the yellow and black one is running a set of Mikuni Roundsides. They are painted in opposite schemes of each other and top off with some cool blue anodized head bolts. To help them breathe, are a set of elongated K&N pod filters adding to the aggressive looks.
If you have never seen any of Jeff Palhegyi’s builds, I suggest you help over to his website and social media pages to check them out. Not only does he have some cool Flat Track racers, but he also built an amazing TZ750 inspired Yamaha XSR900 Racer.
